When Ken was chatting to the Weatherfield Gazette hack t'other night on Corrie, the pub they met in wasn't the usual Rovers Return or even the Flying Horse. It was the White Lion and it's a proper pub in Castlefield, Manchester. You can find out the location here.
Have a look here for more Coronation Street filming locations used in and around Manchester.

Nice to see another location and what happened to the Weatherfield Arms? Usually private business is discussed in a loud voice in the Rovers, Roys Rolls or the middle of the street.
Ah but the Weathy arms is too close to the neighbourhood. Ken might have been seen there!
