BBC Studios has confirmed this week that ex-Coronation Street producer Kate Oates has been brought in to help produce EastEnders.
Kate Oates will join BBC Studios as Senior Executive Producer, overseeing prime time continuing dramas EastEnders, Holby City and Casualty.
