The previews are in for next week’s Coronation Street and Bethany finds out that Billy is visiting Josh in hospital.
She sees Billy handing money to homeless Frank and worries he’s back on drugs. She follows him to Weatherfield General where she’s horrified to discover his secret - he’s visiting Josh. Billy begs her to let him explain how he feels responsible for Josh’s injuries and reckons he can help him repent.
Accusing him of betraying David’s trust, Bethany returns home to break the news to David. However seeing David playing happily with Max, Bethany can’t bring herself to ruin his mood and agrees to keep Billy’s secret so long as he stops visiting Josh.
