Watch Coronation Street v Emmerdale in The Big Quiz

Coronation Street cast members are up against those from Emmerdale in The Big Quiz, to be screened on ITV on Friday 16 December at 9pm.

Hosted by Stephen Mulhern, The Big Quiz: Coronation Street v Emmerdale is an epic showdown between the titans of the ITV1 soapworld, as they go head-to-head in a series of quiz-rounds and fun-filled challenges in a quest to be named Soap Champions 2011.

Four famous characters from the Dales will face-off against four cast-mates from Weatherfield with questions based on the funniest and most memorable moments from both iconic programmes – but which local will end up displaying the winner’s trophy behind their bar – The Woolpack or The Rovers Return?
