The previews are in for next week’s Coronation Street and Tracy hands Amy a letter from the hospital regarding her next scan. When Steve suggests they could find out the sex of the baby at the scan, Amy squirms.
Tracy takes the day off to spend some quality time with Amy before the scan and Amy secretly wonders how she’s going to get out of it. When Tracy drops her at the salon for some pampering Bethany urges her to tell her parents the truth. Back at home Amy locks herself in the bedroom and refuses to go for the scan.
Meanwhile, Tracy argues with Vicky about Amy and the baby.

Oh please end this storyline now! Let Amy miscarry and have done with it. It is truly awful. She does not suit this storyline at all.
Amy's the last person I would expect in this scenario.
Making the character fit the story again, instead of being the other way round.
Well, on Monday 18th she'd booked a termination. Let's hope she goes through with it. Best solution in the circumstances.
