Corrie spoilers: Strippers, Drag Queens and Van Crash
It's Jenny and Eva's joint hen party in the Rovers Return where the strippers arrive. It's all a bit downmarket for Jenny who was hoping for somewhere more posh. Have a look at the pictures here.
It's Aidan and Johnny's joint stag night and the lads dress up in drag. Johnny Connor in a gold frock? What's not to like! This is going to be fun. See the pictures here.
Phelan and Andy are caught up in a van crash which leaves Phelan unconcious and Andy free to escape! Could this be the end of Phelan? Will Andy leave and go to the cops? Find out more here.
Meanwhile, Gary drowns his sorrows at a bar in town and confides in a woman he meets, called Nicola, not realising who she is! Find out more here.
Elsewhere, Toyah meets her surrogate but when the woman comes to the Rovers she finds the place mid-flow of a party and uncovers some uncomfortable truths. Find out more here.
And finally next week, Seb takes centre-stage when his home-life comes under scrutiny - and could Anna be the one to help him? Find out more here.

I am sick of close ups of Gary's gloom and doom face. The stupid decisions characters make which cause them all such angst is most definitely a lot of soap rubbish.
"The ONLY thing to be done is to go and put my life in danger even though I have a son to consider and then I lie about it". Lies, lies and more lies make soap drama. Remind me why I am watching?
I'm not impressed with Corrie at the minute. Where is everyone? Bothers me that they introduce new characters, new storylines, but leave others hanging. What's happening with Dev after his latest breakdown (not the odd scene with that screaming banshee, whatshername, Sal's sister) Where are all the freakin' kids gone? Where'd Ken go? What's Tracey been up to? Now we see it, now we don't.
Talk of expanding the set, more shops, courthouse, police station, park means more characters that we don't have a chance to get to know.
I loved Corrie because I knew people who were just like people on the program, just as the creator intended. I identified with them, I had an Auntie just like Mavis and one like Bet Lynch*hahaha*
I realize that things progress and evolve, but if it's the same tripe that's on the other soaps.
Corrie, you've got 'till the end of Eva' wedding and then I'll make the decision to "flip the switch"
Regards,
Fan since 1970
P.S.
Thanks for bringing Carla back~ You'll need her
Tracey was in Monday's episode, as were the kids Summer, Asha, and Amy. Faye, Seb and Jack have also been featured this week. Emily is in Peru. As the episodes being shown now, were filmed in the summer, maybe Ken is on holiday? Sally's sister is called Gina. Also, when did Dev have a break down? Did you mean break up? ( With Erica?)
So tired of Phelan and Eileen. I want Steve and Leanne to get back on. They were comedy gold. Shona's over acting is getting on my nerves.
