New pics released: Coronation Street's fire week
Coronation Street viewers are in for treat with explosive drama from the BAFTA winning soap every night next week.
The residents of Weatherfield find themselves caught up in a huge fire at Victoria Court - but who is behind the blaze? Viewers can follow the drama and watch it unfold at 9pm every night from Monday May 25th to Friday May 29th.
There are surprises and shocks in store in each episode as secrets and lies are exposed.
Tracy Barlow is out for revenge after Carla Connor unwittingly scuppers her evil plan to take over the Rovers with secret lover Tony Stewart.
With her Rovers dream in tatters, Tracy will be consumed by rage for those she feels have wronged her - and if there’s one thing we know about this Barlow it’s that her revenge has no bounds...
As these preview photos show, Tracy chooses Steve and Michelle’s wedding day to bring the whole house of cards tumbling down.
She tells a stunned Liz McDonald about her affair with Tony before turning her attentions to Carla, sneaking into her flat as she sleeps. Does she have murder in mind?
And when fire takes hold at Victoria Court it seems Tracy’s revenge has gone to a whole new level.
Also in this roller coaster of a week Leanne is thrilled when Kal asks for her hand in marriage, and Maddie is stunned to discover the truth about Jenny Bradley’s plans for Kevin’s son Jack.

I don't think Tracy is going to actually kill anyone this time. But I have this odd feeling that Jenny is going to pull a John Stape and get rid of Maddie for knowing too much by using the fire to her advantage.
So you'll have everyone including Tracy herself thinking she killed someone, when it'll probably turn out that she wasn't the one responsible for the fire. But this will be after months of police, jail and court scenes.
And of course the requisite Wethy General scene. I wonder who's nostrils we will see this time?
Tracy actually looks sorry in one of those photos. Perhaps we'll see Carla jump from the balcony, as it's the only way out of the flames.
Nice track suit, gran.
Anyone taking bets on Tracy actually being caught, tried and sent to prison?
I'll miss Maddie. Always talented, she's finally gotten interesting. Oh please please please let this be a turning point for Sophie to FINALLY get her life going in a post-cashier direction, perhaps to the police academy.
Who's the unlucky person who lives on the 13th floor?
I would love to see a Tracy comeuppance episode. Let's hope some of the writers read this blog! Lyn from Ottawa
Notice how in the crowd shots of people looking on outside, Sophie looks like she's coughing (maybe from inhaling smoke) and Maddie is nowhere to be found.
I'm betting she's going to be the one trapped looking out the window, and then the fire will explode and engulf her. RIP Maddie.
