Deadline for entries is Weds 7 Nov 2012 at 6pm.
There's some brand new Coronation Street merchandise which has just gone on sale. They're perfect for fancy dress parties or indeed those nights when all you want to do is sit on the sofa looking like Hilda Ogden. Or Hayley Cropper. Or indeed any of these eight Corrie characters. And thanks to the lovely people at Mask-arade we have five, yes five, sets of these characters masks to be won in a special competition here on the Coronation Street Blog. These Coronation Street face masks are officially licensed merchadise.
To be in with a chance to win one of the five sets of eight Corrie character masks, all you have to do is answer the following two questions correctly and email your answers to me at glenda.young@btinternet.com marking the subject of your message MASKS.
Q1: On the Mask-arade website, how much does the Fred Eliott mask cost?
Q2: On Coronation Street, on which character's stag night did all the stags wear a face mask of the groom?
Sorry, due to licensing arrangements, the masks can only be sent to winners with addresses in the UK. Entries from moneysavingsexpert, Loquax and other competition entry websites will not be included. The five winners will be drawn at random from all entries received and announced here on the Coronation Street Blog.
Good luck!

They look like the people from the VILLAGE OF THE DAMNED!! Lol
Come on who on earth is actually going to go around wearing these?
Frosty: bank robbers ...? Now that would be surreal, Hilda screaming: 'Giv'us yer money, chuck!'
Jim could have used one during his bank robbery - might have avoided prison and still be on the Cobbles.
Well one imagines that people would wear these at a costume party... as opposed to while at work, like the poor duck in the photo. Scary!
