Corrie hairdresser Audrey Roberts fears she'll be sent down for murder after one of her customers dies in the hair salon.
Today's Daily Star reckons that one of Audrey's customers called Enid dies in the salon but Audrey puts the tragedy down to a faulty hairdryer. However, just before she karks it, Enid is seen tucking into bourbon biscuits in the salon.
The paper says that an ambulance arrives but paramedics are unable to revive the elderly customer. Audrey then faces an anxious wait to find out exactly how she passed away.

What a load of nonsense. Then again its in The Star. How on earth could Audrey be charged with nurder.
Well, if true, this will give our new friend Claudia a great chance to swoop in and steal Audrey's clientele. Interesting, tho, that an equipment failure could get Audrey charged and Owen's shoddy wiring work which ultimately caused the Joinery fire, the tram crash, destroyed municipal and private properties and 4 deaths would not. Inconsistent and stupid!
Crazy stuff!
I suspect Betty is behind this, as Enid Crump is her rival from last years barmaid thingy!
Just before she karks it?! haha!!
Enid was a great old curmudeonly character, why not bring her back as a character, why do it just to kill her off?? I think Phil Collinso has a Very Stupid Ideas department.
Murder by dodgy bourbon biscuit?
Surely not....
