Tina McIntyre in shock suicide storyline

Why do good Corrie women always go bad? Mary is wonderful but she's going bonkers with Norris on the moors. And now Tina's going suicidal, says the Daily Star. The paper reveals that Tina will try to commit suicide by starving herself to death. She'll spiral into a depression as she struggles to cope with the death of her dad, Joe.

In a dramatic episode scheduled to be screened in May, Graeme Proctor arrives at Tina’s flat to check on her and becomes concerned when she does not answer the door. Fearing the worst, the worried lad kicks it down and finds her on the floor. Viewers will then see good-hearted Graeme launch a one-man crusade to look after Tina and make sure she does not harm herself. He starts to call round several times a day with food and hot drinks and insists on cooking her a meal every night. I wonder if Graeme is Tina's new mystery man, then?

Leading of course to her new boyfriend, Graeme. Still, i can see this sort of thing happening to Tina under these sorts of circumstances.

Hmm. I can see bad times ahead for Graeme. Tina could "eat him for breakfast". Literally.

Tina wants a fella who is employed, reliable, works hard, will do what she says...sounds like this improbability could work.

I think Tina trying to commit suicide is a bit of character, thought she was a tough cookie. Bad things happen in life to all of us and you have to learn to deal with them unfortunately!

And it picks up on her father's tendency to suffer depressions. It can often be an inherited trait. Makes sense.
