Coronation Street Spoiler: The end for Jude and Angie?

The previews are in for next week’s Coronation Street and things are not looking good for Angie and Jude. It’s their wedding anniversary and Jude makes out to Mary that he’s taking Angie for a romantic lunch.

But in truth, Jude and Angie attend another marriage guidance session where they admit they’ve made no progress.

They struggle on but when Jude lets slip that it’s their wedding anniversary, Mary insists they must celebrate. At Mary’s suggestion, Jude invites Angie for an anniversary lunch. When Tracy mentions that one of the wedding venues she looked at is an old cotton mill, Mary has an idea.

Over lunch, Jude does his best to persuade Angie that they’ll find a way to make their marriage work. When Adam calls in Speed Daal, Jude can’t help making snide digs. Angie despairs of him

Please write this boring pair out. Mary is much better on her own, she seems to act like a child around her "son".

Hopefully this will be the end of an incredibly boring couple, especially Jude the guy has absolutely no personality! I don't mean to be unkind but is it the actor's fault? Please get rid.

These two are boring. No point to their story.

Nobody cares.

They do seem utterly boring but they haven't had any good storylines to work at have they? That "pretending to be a marine biologist thing was cringingly bad. I thought that putting him in the kabin might let him develop a bit but we've hardly seen him in there.

I agree, time to go!

It's too bad, I was excited for Mary to develop more as a character by having family around, but this just isn't working. Maybe switching things up by breaking up this pair will help, but I doubt it. They both just seem whiny all the time.
