The Manchester Evening News says that Vic told departing Corrie producer Stuart Blackburn at the Royal Television Society North West Awards that he wants to join the soap.
He said: “I would like to be Norris’ son. I have watched Corrie since I was little and I have never ever missed an episode. For me it’s the greatest TV. I would love to be on Corrie. It would make my life complete.”
