Tonight on Coronation Street is the culmination of crazy Kirsty's reign of terror over Tyrone. Or is it? From the episode previews we know that Julie rushes to court to tell them the truth about her change of heart towards Kirsty after she'd been hit by her and witnessed first hand the full extent of her rage. The truth comes out about Kirsty hitting Tyrone but there's a big twist - Kirsty disappears and she takes Ruby with her!
Will she return to face the music and get banged up in the big house? I'm kind of hoping not. I'd love to see Kirsty return to the cobbles in the future, when Tyrone and Fiz are least expecting it. And her running off into the night with Tyrone's baby seems a good cliffhanger on which to finish Kirsty's storyline. However, it could still all change, and if she does do a runner, where does that leave Tyrone, legally after he's accused of assault?

Not a fan of dopy Tyrone but Alan Halsal played a blinder in Court the other day. And WHERE is Miss Cuprinol? Tina and her sidekick Tommah? Surely they would have attended Court with Fiz to support Tyronbe as they banging on and on about Kirsty enough!
Not sure legally counts for much - what happened to Fiz's retrial? And Mad Maya is still on remand!
I would imagine that Tina will be a witness for the defence as she has seen Tyrone's bruises. So she wouldn't be allowed to wach the trial until she's given evidence.
A bit too John Stapes to have Kirsty return unsuspecting. We have had our fill of psychos thank you. I suspect the mother will turn Kirsty in.
Agree with Janice about the mother. I reckon that's where Kirsty flees with Ruby, and she eventually agrees to let her mother call the police, and confesses all. After such a long storyline, I hope that the resolution is effectively short and sharp.
At this point, it doesn't look like we're going to hear about Kirsty's previous anger issues, which is a shame.
Glad this is coming to an end. A bit of a let-down I must say. They should have kept Fiz out of it.
However this wraps up, I hope Kirsty never comes back. I agree with Janice; it's too John Stape-ish. Or as Ches says: "It's John Stape all over again!".
I'm not sure what I want for Rubeh. She obviously shouldn't be around Kirsty, but if Tyrone keeps her it will mean more baby-centric stories. :(
Natalie Gumede is a brilliant actor, so I'm hoping she will be too busy and famous to ever return to Corrie. Love the actor, hate the character.
