I wish her well. I had been planning to go and see the National's 'She Stoops to Conquer'in the cinema in Sunderland last Thursday but ended up with an important audition that day in London ... so thanks to a good friend in the National's box office, I ended up sitting in the audience watching it in the flesh for free. It was an excellent production and Kat was a perfectly judged Kate Hardcastle, exhibiting the dry wit and lively intellegence that the part requires.
