Since you're in the UK time zone, can you blog it as soon as you can? Thanks!
Eh, what? Much awaited? Not by me - I had no feckin idea there was going to be an announcement.
Will do, though, I'm usually up at 11am on me mornings off lol!
Lol they said they were announcing it "Soon" yesterday, which everyone took as meaning an hour or two lol
Well if you haven't got out of bed before i get up and get to the puter (don't forget, i'm four hours behind), i'll do it but you probably have the best vantage point, especially if it's video which i can't see
I reckon its going to be the "exciting" new about who is going to be the new landlady of the Rovers. Either the awful common Michelle Collins from EE who I cant stand or that Lisa one from the Bill. What happened to employing Northern actors? Why do actors have to constantly be regurgitated these days, from Emmedale to Corrie to EE to the Bill, its like a production line - humph!
"We can now exclusively reveal former EastEnders star Michelle Collins and Taggart star John Michie have been cast to play a brand new Rovers Return couple; Stella and Karl! Stella holds a dark secret and life is about to get a whole lot more complicated in the Rovers! Sparks will fly!"
Wasn't really worth the wait.
It's hardly breaking news really is it, we already knew who was in the running.
As I expected, a damp squib :(
I hope the Rovers doesn't morph into the Queen Vic!
Sounds like it'll be morphing into the Tardis again, with another adult couple AND teenage daughter moving in there with Steve, Becky and the pick-n-mix kids! Remember the days when there were only three bedrooms & a bathroom upstairs at T'Rovers?
At least Michelle Collins is going to be playing her Northern! (Before the outcries start about bringing in Southerners, let's not forget, the late lamented Vernon was also a former resident of the Other Place.)
