Stirling Gallacher, who played Sophie Webster's girlfriend Paula Martin, is returning to Coronation Street.
Her Corrie co-star Tristan Gemmill, who plays Robert Preston, mentioned on Twitter yesterday that he'd been filming a scene with Stirling.
It's good news for fans of Paula, and I quite liked her and Sophie together.

I never understood what happened about the money Sally owed Paula in legal fees. Given that Sally was the victim of a malicious prosecution, I wonder if Paula's reappearance is to do with a compensation claim. If Duncan has no money, I'm not sure where the money would come from. The public purse?
