The new character will be called Alina and she's going to be a love interest for Seb after she starts work as a nail technician in the salon.

Yay, another new character! According to the Wikipedia page of current Corrie characters, there are just shy of 90 characters on the Street. (True, this includes kiddies like Oliver, Harry, Liam and Jack). No wonder we can go weeks without seeing people like Craig, Ryan, Alex, Sinead, Izzy and Imran. Even the Kana scenes have slowed recently, to say they're going to be part of a big storyline soon.
Another new character [groan!]just to justify a story line for Seb?!
Why couldn't the writers rekindle his relationship with Emma instead?
Better yet he and his mother leave the Street.
I thought Bethany also worked part time in the salon as a nail specialist?
Or does Claudia fire her to spite Audrey?
He's going to look so good with a new hair style... fingers crossed!
I am havng a hard time drumming up the interest for the current round of characters that are gracing the screen this week(only to disappear for weeks on end)...the Shona/Clayton storyline is a snore...not that I don' like Shona I just don't care about her. Same goes for a whole slew of these people I don't know. What's Dev up to? Mary? Sean? Izzy? Gail? Where are all of the children? Playing videogames?
