Some of these folks have aged really well - Emily Bishop's face looks fabulous and I believe it's natural! :)
In Deirdre and Kevin's very first appearances, Deirdre had no specs and Kevin had no tache.

Emily Bishop was great to watch along with Rita, Norris etc. Where is Emily lately? I hope she has not left or been given the boot?
These are the cast of Corrie and it beats some of them that are on now. Its just a pity that Phil Collinson had to get rid of some of our fine actors and bring in some poor actors in place. Corrie is NOT as appealing as it used to be a few years ago. Becky, who was great with Roy and Hayley but since becoming the centrepiece of the programme arguably has been exaggerated beyond belief, and the day she permanently leaves, I will have a party for myself. Oooohhhh..... she just grinds on me!
I really enjoy seeing Deidre with her towel on her head or face mask. They should film her now and again with cucumber on her eyes or something in that way, for a laugh.
Kevin was flippin' dishy in the 1980s!
What about filming Deidre with either a dummy or a gobstopper in her mouth? well, that's one way to stop her moaning all of the time to Ken! ha ha!!
