Simon Gregson, who plays Coronation Street cabbie Steve McDonald, opened the new city base of one of Lancashire’s biggest taxi firms. Miller’s City Taxis opened its new premises after a major refurbishment, including installing a gym, prayer room, cafe and games from for the firm’s 220 drivers.
Around 200 people turned out to the official opening, where Coronation Street’s own taxi boss Simon Gregson cut the ribbon. Find out more here.
