Random question...Does any one know the address of t'Rovers? Since the Barlow's are at number 1 next door to t'Rovers, what could it be??? Not sue if I've ever seen or heard it mentioned any where before!
cheers for any and all help wiv this!

You call that nasty? James with his eyes darting from side to side under those eyebrows? How ridiculous was that surveyor, he looked like Reg Holdsworth's long lost son, was he an attempt at humour? Absolutely daft. Must go now am off to release some equity from my neighbour's house, cos its that easy - TUT!
No mention of Sally returning to her rightful position in the factory? She can come and inspect my gusset any time she pleases.
I wonder if the writers remember that Ken had to mortgage the house to pay Tracy's solicitor? Probably not.
The Rovers doesn't have a street number, it's address is The Rovers Return, Coronation Street, Weatherfield.
I'm not sure Ken did remortgage the house for pay for Tracy's defence in the end - didn't Blanche talk him out of it, not wanting to risk the family home, and then stump up the money herself by selling her house? Or am I remembering it wrong?
As far as I recall, Ken's house is subject to a first ranking fixed charge in favour of the equity release company which funded Tracy's trial costs; I would doubt given recent market conditions and Ken's likely APR on the first charge that there will be sufficient equity to release a further 50k at this stage. I wonder if the proposed new lenders have checked his title at the land registry or procured a DS1 to release the first mortgage?
Hmm Llywela I'd have to go back to the archives to check but you could be right. THat rings a bell.
I would also check whether Ken ever had a formal legal right to gain access to the Ginnel at the rear of his property - as that could effect the valuation....
whats the surveyors name in last nights coronation street
Cheers for the answer to my Rovers addy question Tvor....That was exactly as I thought but wanted to make double sure as a mate had asked me the question.....xxx
