In the third and final episode, Gary wakes up in a military hospital, plauged by dreams of the events of episode two. A nurse is the only company that Gary has. Gary's things are brought back from Afghanistan - including his diary.
This has been a brilliaint spin-off series, and has really added to the Afghanistan storyline, I'd love for Corrie to do more of the same in the future.
