Next week in Coronation Street, we'll see the return of Tyrone's dad, Darren. It's not the first time we've seen Darren in Corrie. Last time he appeared he was played by actor James McMartin.
This time actor Stephen Donald will be playing the role of Darren. Stephen has appeared in Brookside, Doctors, Emmerdale, Holby City. In Brookside he played the role of Carl Banks from 1993-95.
I wonder if this storyline will lead into the appearance of Tyrone's grandmother Evelyn, which will be played by Maureen Lipman? You can find out more on that here.
