Coronation Street win two RTS North West Awards 2014

The RTS North West Awards 2014 took place at Manchester's Hilton Hotel last night (Saturday 15 November) and Corrie won two awards.

Alison King (Carla Connor) won Best Performance in a Continuing Drama.

Coronation Street also won Best Continuing Drama Storyline for Hayley Cropper's cancer storyline
