Coronation Street actress Barbara Knox, who plays Rita Tanner, is to face trial on a charge of drink-driving, reports Digital Spy.
The actress was arrested in Cheshire on March 10 and pleaded not guilty to driving with excess alcohol at a hearing in April.
Barbara Knox was held by police shortly after her daughter, 56-year-old Maxine Ashcroft, had been arrested for the same offence.
Ashcroft received a driving ban and Knox was originally to due to attend a two-day trial on July 23, but this was later changed to a case management hearing which took place at Macclesfield Magistrates Court.
A second case management hearing took place at Crewe Magistrates Court on October 31, during which the trial date was confirmed as February 9, 2015.
Barbara Knox did not attend the hearing and denies committing the offence.
