Corrie's Christmas Countdown - Day 1

From now until the big day, the ITV Coronation Street website is doing a daily Christmas countdown. Over the next few weeks, they'll be showing classic clips of and trivia about Corrie Christmases.

Today, on the first Sunday of Advent, they're showing a classic clip involving Jack Duckworth and Curly Watts (and Derek Wilton) from 22nd December 1989. Enjoy!

I'll be posting links to the website every day so you won't miss a thing!

That's a corker, Llifon! I do miss the humour and spark of relationships. I find there's not many great pairings anymore, such as Jack and Curly, Rita and Mavis, Stan and Eddie were. Looking forward to more clips.

Is there any way you can get the TV links on this site so that Canadians can view them?

I don't know if this clip is on Youtube, or maybe the whole episode? It's also on the 1980s DVD - the last ep I think. It's a nuisance that the ITV website is only for UK viewers.
