Luke will start working as a mechanic in Kevin Webster's garage. Luke is billed by the Daily Star Sunday as a replacement for Tommy Duckworth, after actor Chris Fountain was abruptly axed from the ITV soap for posting inappropriate videos online.
Steph is reported to be very protective of her brother, who will arrive on the cobbles early next year.

Why are they adding two new characters when they can't find storylines for the existing cast.
Maybe he will be yet another future lover for Tina.
He is cute.
There is another new character....Khali. He is a friend of Gary's from his days in the army. He is a fitness guy who will help Dev get in shape.
My goodness me he's delicious! I hope that whatever the writers find him to do, it involves taking his shirt off. ;-)
Luke or Steph will be Tina's killer.
