I'm a little late posting this. You probably didn't notice, did you? Well, I'm doing it anyway because, well, it's what I do, I review a few of the major storylines of a month and have a bit of a rant or praise at them. There wasn't a lot to praise this month what with everyone being down and sad and depressed. Pool Lloyd is dragging his patootie around, Chesney lost his dog, Fiz is back and she doesn't even seem all that happy. Anyway there's a bit more there in this month's State of the Street.

And then there was the one bit of unabashed glee, the We're Getting Max dance with David and Kylie, and Gail. HUH??? What was going on in the Corrie Cupboard over the past 2 months. Last I remember, Gail was not exactly keen on anything to do with Kylie and David's marriage. Flash forward and she's head cheerleader? And making tea for Nick's lady guest? Love Gail's giggles, but wish they made sense.
Yes, Nick should have his own place. Yes, Kylie and David should have their own place. Yes, Gail should have a decent boyfriend, or at least an interesting lodger. If kiddies are needed, bring Bethany home to get a British education; she's about FayE's age, right?
No mention of Dennis' story, his first since his return? And the best bit of November may I add - his and Rita's scene was a belter! :)
Gail's giggles are purely driven by medication - she's probably stolen a prescription pad from the Medicentre before getting the boot, or has been finishing off Joe's left-over painkillers.
You're right, the Rita and Dennis scenes were lovely but again, not really very uplifting for the characters.
