Our friends over at Digital Spy are reporting that Peter is arrested in a few weeks time for assaulting Simon's grandfather, George. It happens after George tries to take custody of his grandson, presumably as a result of Peter falling off the wagon.
As you can see from the paparazzi pictures, the police are called and Peter is bundled into the patrol car. This all takes place in front of Simon who can only cry as he sees his dad driven away by the police.
