I'm fed up with Bethany already.
Missing Marcus. Now there's just a hole where the Street's resident midwife used to be - Wonder how he would have figured into this storyline if he were still in the cast?
Enough with the Platts. Holy Smokes I am totally fed up with this family. If it's not them it's the Strong-Ass clan. It's just too much.
At this point I'd rather see a story line about the Nazirs...and that's saying something!
Nick and Carla? Really? For such a strong independent woman, she has made a career out of scooping up Leeane's castoff men. Oh wait, there was also Maria's cast offs as well. Can't she be single for 5 minutes? Or how about a new guy without a ridiculous past or who isn't a serial criminal? Wow...these writers are so limited and have zero insight into these characters.
Agreed. How about a hot, slightly younger Scot or Irishman for Carla. A business man, her equal in intelligence, taste, beauty, wealth, and attitude...but who isn't going to rape or kill her. They were starting to go down the right path with the mechanic that I can't remember his name...but of course Maria gets him and he seemingly disappears into her black hole of an orbit. Anyone but Nick.
Weren't Carla and Nick in business together years ago - and didn't they hate each other? As I recall, he exploited his relationship with the Crabtree girl (sorry, forgot her name) to get sensitive information and go behind Carla's back.
Sharks!
haven't watched the show much lately,or read if somebody else has asked this question.
Saw a little curly haired boy in the house of the man raising the chickens, who at the time of the scene faking back pain. The little boy looked like Peter Barlow's son.
