At the risk of sounding cynical, any soap actor would be delighted about having another storyline despite the fact her character's family have been dominating storylines to the point of overkill.I'm not looking forward to scenes of Gail doting on 'Princess Sarah' and taking her side over David as she did with Nick when he slept with Kylie.
I am very happy about Tina's return...always enjoyed her character...now...if only Martin could make a return....that would be interesting!
I believe Helen is a lovely person but we can't expect that she'd say anything less than super-positive about the return of a colleague she'll have to work closely with. Not fair to even ask her the question, really.
But then there's the possibility that she genuinely IS delighted by the news. From what I've seen on tv documentaries, the actors in the Platt family are almost like a real little family - all seem devoted to Helen as a genuine mum-figure, and she did work with Tina from a very early age.
Exactly - Helen cant exactly say - Oh No - what is thatflamin' woman doing back? It has to be gushy statements. I wonder what the bloke who plays Jason thinks about it all - he is the father of her child in real life and they had an acrimonous split.
Frosty,Since their split was acrimonious,I hope that Ryan Thomas [Jason]isn't axed to make room for Tina as I think when she broke up with Bruno Langley,[Todd][yes she dated him too]he was axed soon afterwards.
