The awards ceremony takes place in that London on Saturday 24 May and is shown on TV on Sunday 25 May at 8.15pm on ITV. We'll bring you the results after Saturday night's awards show takes place, along with red carpet pictures and all that kind of behind-the-scenes stuff I love!
