There are some changes to the Coronation Street schedule for the next two weeks due to the football.
Corrie will be changed during the weeks of Monday 8 October and Monday 15 October as follows:
Monday 8 October 2012 - two episodes as normal at 7.30pm and 8.30pm
Wednesday 10 October 2012 - one episode at 7.30pm
Friday 12 October 2012 - no Corrie
Sunday 14 October 2012 - hour long Corrie at time tbc
Monday 15 October - two episodes as normal at 7.30pm and 8.30pm
Wednesday 17 October - no Corrie
Friday 19 October - two episodes as normal at 7.30pm and 8.30pm

Aaaagh! Leave it alone already! Just got used to Wednesday night eps too.
I completely agree with Dolly. Please those arranging the programmes leave the scheduled programmes alone.
I don't understand why long running programmes are moved to make way for foootball and other sporting events. If those programmes want to air during peak times, perhaps they should work around the "core business programmes" or alternatively air on the numerous sports channels that ar available.
