It's congratulations to three lucky Coronation Street fans who have each won a Corrie 2012 Calendar here on the Coronation Street Blog. In the latest competition on our website, we ran the competition on twitter and asked our followers to retweet a message about the calendars. From those who tweeted and retweeted, we picked three tweeters at random and Corrie Calendars will be on their way soon to the following:
@k1r514 in Canada
@ Steph061992 in the UK
and a young UK tweeter with protected tweets who has asked to remain anonymous.
Well done to everyone who entered and tweeted and for all your support. However, we won't be running any more competitions on twitter .All competitions will be run from the blog, as per normal but we will be putting details on twitter with a link to competitions, as we've always done in the past.

Glad to hear you're not doing contests from twitter anymore! That was disappointing for this fan of your site as I don't do facebook, twitter, et al. Thanks for your contests, I do appreciate the extras!
Thanks for your support. I thought I'd try the comp on twitter as twitter rules advised how to do it but I'll not be doing it again. Neither will I ever enter a competition on twitter again. Make of that what you will! The Blog is where the comps are going to stay from now on ;-)
