Merry Christmas?

After the horror of the next few weeks, life will attempt to return to normal in Weatherfield. Will this include a spot of festive cheer for the regulars? Probably not, according to the Christmas edition of "Radio Times". Although we are promised the Rovers being transformed into a winter wonderland, it would appear that the special 'gifts' Santa Phil will be delivering include a fight, a failing marriage and one resident discovered in a pool of blood. Still, at least nothing will ever be as bleak as the never to be forgotten episode of that other soap where Pauline Fowler died under a Christmas tree on Christmas Day!

All I will say is people will probably cheering about the character who ends up in a pool of blood ;)

I reckon Christmas cheer will arrive on the street

Well, if this photo is supposed to be Christmas day, or thereabouts, looks like Rita survives (thank goodness). Who is the man standing beside Eileen? I also cannot figure out who the two people on either side of Becky are; anyone have better eyes than me?

This is an old Christmas photo from a prior year, I believe that is Tony Gordon next to Carla and also Eileens dad in the pic
