Beverley Callard, who plays Liz McDonald, revealed to Digital Spy that her character will become involved with another Coronation Street resident. There's a video interview with Beverley at the DS website here in which she says about Liz: "She's got a new man coming shortly and there's lots of heavy drama tinged with comedy."
Interesting... I wonder who it'll be? Liz and Ken, perhaps? Liz and Norris? Which Corrie fella would you like Liz to get it on with?

I think that Liz may well be gettin' it on with Graeme. She being a woman with "drives and juices", and Graeme being a sensitive soul who is nevertheless desperate to get his leg over, their paths will cross in carnal fashion after Graeme delivers a heartfelt apologia to Liz for taking the piss out of her by dressing up in drag as her. Finding themselves overcome by inexplicable lust, they will fall into bed in a frantic tangle of mini-skirts, dodgy costume jewellery and baseball caps.
Probably.
I think it's a shame it didn't work out with Lloyd, they worked well together.
I thought so too, Sunny Jim. I can't imagine any other current resident with Liz. The only other one that has any potential at all might be George even though he's married. He's got a few bob and i can see Liz being flattered into a flirtation if George and Eve have a falling out. Otherwise it would have to be someone new to the Street.
Bring back Vernon I say! Not for Liz though - she doesn't deserve him.
How about Eddie Windass?!
