There's a Coronation Street spoiler in today's Daily Star that reckons Fiz will be jailed after what she's been up to with Joy Fishwick's bank account. The paper says that Fiz will be offered the chance to have baby Hope in prison with her in a mother and baby unit. But convinced she’ll get a life sentence, she refuses and hands her over to pals Hayley and Roy Cropper to bring up as their own.

Poor Roy and Hayley. I love the thought of them getting more to do and having something meaty to get their teeth into, but I can't see Jennie McAlpine actually leaving the show, which means Fiz will inevitably be back to reclaim Hope, probably sooner rather than later, leaving the Croppers childless again.
It'll be good to see Fiz rebuilding her life after John, though - he has really worn her down. Hopefully she'll be able to put all this behind her in time and get a bit of her spark back.
Great news! Not a Fiz fan so the longer she gets, the better.
Agreed with Dilly. Fiz is complicit in all this too, so hopefully she'll be off screen for a long time.
Haha, I've got Worzel Gummidge in my mind after seeing that second pic. :D
Yet another Corrie resident becoming an jailbird. How very original.
Let's hope she does get a life sentence!
Ha! I love the before and after. It is the perfect way of illustrating what she's become.
For whatever reason the second Fiz so much as hears John's name, or thinks about him, her loins burst into flames of desire which melt every shred of common sense she has into a puddle of obsessive stupidity. She's turned herself into an absolute wreck over the king of criminal idiocy. We could only hope that some much needed time in the big house will cure her of this wretched self imposed mania.
I love the way that Coronation Street treats children as toys. Simon was told Leanne was leaving in some heart wrenching scenes. Amy was uprooted from the Rovers to the Barlows without any notice. If spoilers are to be believed, Max is going to be snatched from there too. Now Hope is to be handed to the Croppers and then returned to Fiz again.
I thought children, especially small ones, needed stability. Treating the Street's children so carelessly is starting to get painful to watch.
This all sounds very sad. I have actually really enjoyed jennys performance and think that it sounds realistic that she would wish Roy and Hayley to look after Hope. They did foster her for a while afterall.
I don't mind Fiz too much anyway, but I've given up hoping jailtime means less screen time after we had to suffer whispering Gail not too long back.
