With Ashley and Fred no longer in the world of the living, the Victoria Street butchers is left vacant, there's a few suggestions on what will happen next.
One of them is Graeme will take over and carry on the trade, but does Corrie really need the butchers? Tracy wants to buy it and open a florists, but like the bakers a few years ago, it probably wouldn't be used much. Finally, there's whispers that Audrey's friend, Claudia Colby might be opening up another salon there - but there is already a salon, unless Audrey's closes down.
What do you think should happen to the old butchers?

NOT Tracy staying on permanently please! I think the fabulous Claudia should open up a rival salon and nail bar in the old butchers, to give a few good scenes with her and her old friend/rival Audreh! Give us a few laughs amongst this Tracy Barlow/John Stape/Kevin/tram crash miseryfest.
I totally agree, I prefer that option the most, it'd also mean that Claduia would become fully permanent too :D
What about if Norris and Dev combined forces and opened a newsagent / mini market there? Seeing as they both lost their businesses in the crash.
Norris' under-used Post Office would fit nicely with Dev's under-used cash machine!
THey'll replace the Kabin and corner shop, though otherwise, a newsagent or shop would be great. Didn't Blanche leave Tracy some money? She at least has the cash to start up a business
I think they should open up a nice brotherl, maybe with Tracey as the madam . . .
What would Emily say! :o
OK, I think Pam should take the shop and make it into a kind of Poundland. She could get back to her good old funny scheming ways that had so many of us in fits of laughter.
Maybe it's a place for Tyrone to work instead of the garage, but I also think that it's a great place for Graeme to work and a very funny double act is there for all to see with Pam.
He needs to have funny scripts because I don't think Graeme does serious that well.
Maybe Bill could work with Pam - but more likely he needs to propose to her and then get back to building.
I don't like the idea of Claudia opening a salon, it would just be unrealistic, I mean who would really open a hairdressers near to a well established one (run by a friend!) just a few metres away. I think Claudia would be much better suited running the Rovers.
I do quite like the idea of a florist, just not run by the awful Tracy.
If Tracy permanently opens a florist on The Street, Dr. who should come in the Tardis and transport her to Eastenders where she belongs! ;-)
Tracy was only left £15K wasn't she? Nowhere near enough to be buying shops surely.
