Boomerang Kevin is back again - why?? This character is now well past his sell by.
Where are Norris, Emily and Rita? I miss them.
- Pod
Kevin returns...finally a reason to start watching Corrie again...NOT. Who cares about this character? I guess they have a legal obligation to fulfill his contract hmm?
Same old
"Back again - Why?"
"What reason does he have to come back?"
"Who cares about him?"
Blah blah blah, the moaners are as repetitive as the stories.
If you actually attempted to read the news, you'd know he was only on a break to sort out his problems, he wasn't sacked or officially left the show. You all knew he would return, stop acting so annoyed and shocked.
But you'll all still watch and complain. Same with the whiners when Bill Roache returned, thankfully though they've just accepted it. It's sad when people want other's to lose their job.
Ken had an immediate purpose when he returned ie: saving Peter. Kevin will need a really strong storyline away from Sally and Tim otherwise his character will be as pointless as Dennis Tanner.
I welcome back Kevin. Yes...he has had personal problems...as MANY of us do ...and has made some bad decisions...again..as MANY of us have done....
I have enjoyed his character since the beginning and hope the writers will develop an interesting story line for us to enjoy.....
I don't mind Kevin coming back though I"m not so keen on the character since he cheated on Sally with that slip of a girl Molly. One of the worst pairings ever. I just hope they can give Kevin something to do besides follow Sally around like a kicked puppy.
