Lloyd to have a heart attack

There's a spoiler in the Daily Star this evening that indicates that Lloyd may suffer a heart attack in an upcoming episode. A fun run to raise money for a cancer charity in memory of Hayley is organized and during the run, Lloyd collapses in pain, clutching his chest.

Jenna runs to help him and Steve is upset because he'd had a row and Lloyd accused him of tripping him. We all know how competitive Steve and Lloyd can be. Is this going to be Lloyd's undoing or will it just be a warning?
