Blanche Hunt has been voted Coronation Street fans' favourite battleaxe - past or present - in The Coronation Street Blog Oggies Awards 2010.
Blanche came first in the poll here on the Coronation Street blog with over half of the total vote, a whopping 51%.
In second place came Ena Sharples with 22%.
In joint third place came Annie Walker and Gail Platt with 4% of the vote.
And in fourth place was Vera Duckworth with 3%.

Yup, Blanche was a battleaxe. Ena should be near the top as she was the original. I would've put Ivy Tilsley there instead of Gail though.
