William Roache raises charity funds with a round of golf

William Roache, who plays Coronation Street’s Ken Barlow, hosted a star-studded golf day to raise money for East Midlands Childrens Hospice Rainbows at Rushcliffe Golf Course, East Leake, yesterday on Thursday 10th June.

He said: “The day went incredibly well and it was great to see so many stars from the world of sport and television here, all to raise money for the ever-deserving Rainbows.”

Always great to see celebrities using their fame and talents to help a good cause...although I must say, I've seen more "suitable" golfing attire!
