You may remember reading about Canada's Number 1 Coronation Street fan right here on this blog. Deborah Cyr won a CBC contest and just got back from a week in Manchester including a VIP tour of the set. Through the week she was in Manchester, she met dozens of Corrie actors both on the set and during visits to the studios where she waited outside the staff parking lot with some other friends who are fans as well. Because she was crowned Canada's #1 fan, she was even in some of the British newspapers and will be in one or two magazines soon as well.
Deborah has shared the story of her visit to Manchester with me and I've blogged it on my (Canadian timeline) Bluenose Corrie Blogger blog site. For Canadian fans, there are a few minor spoilers mentioned.
