Over at the official Coronation Street website at itv.com/corrie, there's an interview with David Neilson who plays Roy Cropper on Corrie.
David talks about Roy's return to Coronation Street. Roy turns up at the Museum of Science and Industry in Manchester. He says: "Roy's found in a science museum, where you'd expect to find him. But he's found by Steve McDonald, who you wouldn't expect to see in a science museum.
"Everyone is very pleased to see him when he gets back to the cafe but he locks himself away, he still needs his space. I think he comes back because he doesn't want to worry people. When Roy returns there is a bit of a mystery as these parcels start arriving for him and they're from Hayley. She's pre-ordered these things for Roy and that takes him through the next part of his journey really as it's like a message from the other side." Read more about the mysterious parcels here.
"Mary's very keen to know what's in them but Roy won't let her know ... and I'm not letting you know either, you'll have to watch it!".
