Coronation Street has won the award for best Soap / Continuing Drama at the Broadcast Awards 2012.
The awards ceremony was held last night, Thursday 2 February at the Grosvenor House Hotel in London. A full list of winners can be found here.
This award comes hot on the heels of Corrie's win at the National Television Awards where they scooped Best Soap award too. Let's hope this is Corrie's year for the awards ceremony, it's about time! Bring on the Soap Awards!
