It has been confirmed that Helen Flanagan is leaving Corrie in the New Year and she will be filming her final scenes over the Christmas period.
Rumours over her exit have been circulating for the last couple of weeks since it was reported that Helen had been suffering from panic attacks upon her return to filming.
Helen herself confirmed her exit saying 'the time has come for me to move on and try something new' although the door is expected to be left open for her to return in the future.

Sorry to hear Rosie is leaving but with Kevin's troubles and Sophie's terrible acting, perhaps its time to write out the Websters now.
The greener grass is nearly always brown
My guess of storyline: She will get a modeling contract somewhere. Sad to see her go though, she was good at acting her character
Aww, I liked Rosie and thought Helen played her really well.
There are very few characters these days that I'd actually miss seeing, and Rosie's isn't one of them.
However, only recently have come to realize the flair for comedy that Helen Flanagan reveals in playing her absurd character.
Now, if only Sophie would leave with Sian; they are both one-dimensional and B-o-r-i-n-g.
Rosie is only just beginning to mature into an interesting character. I hope she pops back from time to time to marvel at her lowly start in life!
That's a shame, I've really started to like her over the last year or so. All the best to Helen Flanagan.
I'm not surprised this lass has been experiencing panic attacks - her "dresser with the top drawer open" wardrobe and OTT sex-kitten antics are likely very trying for a gal whose said she's actually very shy. I agree with the poster above - time for the Websters to go.
This character left the streets long ago IMO. I don't find Rosie interesting in the least. How are they going to write her out I wonder?
I see the title of the post has been changed. thanks!
