The latest Corrie story to hit the tabloids is the rumour that Helen Flanagan is to quit her role as Rosie Webster due to her recent panic attacks.
Of course stories about cast members leaving do crop up on a fairly regular basis, but it must be hard for poor Helen who admitted herself to suffering from panic attacks for quite some time off-set to have to go through something like this at work.
She's also been on-screen a lot lately since her return and no doubt the Just Rosie spin-off was hard work for her as well so hopefully once things calm down a bit more she'll be okay because it would be a shame if the street was forced to say goodbye to such a unique and comical character.

NOOOOOOO SHE CAN'T LEAVE!!!!!
Four words from me: Who gives a monkeys?
She is lucky to have got a regular job in a soap like Corrie with her "acting skills".
Frosty - the person above you gives a monkey. And me.
Frosy - here's my monkey to add to the queue!
Rosie webster is one of my favourite characters right now - she hasn't always been, admittedly, but I so think that was a problem with the writers/producers exploiting an attractive young girl.
I really hope Helen manages to deal with her panic attacks and I wish her the very best at a difficult time.
Rosie would be sadly missed. Hang in there Helen.
Rosie has never meant much to me, but I realized when she and Eileen were doing the dating site scenes, she really is very good at comedy. I laughed anyway, I mean I know her character is obnoxious, but she has this character down so well, and yeah, I think she has a flair for comedy, and that's one of Corrie's strengths.
I am another who gives a monkeys, rosies provides a bit of relief after the dullness of toxic Tracy Barlow
I hope Rosie doesnt leave for good, write her out for a while a modeling school in Paris would do her character a lot of good, it would be sad to see Sallly lose a daughter.Amber was a way for a while now she back keep the young ones alive.
The sooner the better.She can't act.I can't stand her.
