BBC News have a video up on their site, interviewing Tony Warren, Bill Roache and Michelle Keegan. At one point in the video a plan of the new street is shown and I noticed one thing, there was a car parked on the street behind the new houses, and the reflection of a building.
Could this be a brand new street/expansion of Victoria Street? See the picture without the big red arrow here.

I dunno, that little bit is there already alongside Streetcars behind the Salon.
Anxious to see the changes. It seems like some changes have already been made though: Roy and Hailey's apartment (bathroom is now next to the entrance?), the converted garage at Gayle's house... haven't they been using it? Good room for David and Kylie!
And they're still running the viaduct through the back of The Rovers?
Yes, the viaduct that goes nowhere, originally erected to screen the view of the Granada office block.
I think the area with the red arrow is just an "undefined" area for now.
very well spotted, Chewy!
Thats the side of Nutalls brewery - or the science museum as is now.
The street will look virtually the same and have the same layout albeit enlarged to actual size. Hopefully they may be able to film with more cars on the street, Ive never seen such an empty street! I did see on the brief building plans that the rovers will have two windows at the front upstairs instead of one so i suspect that subtle changes will be incorporated such as the side windows and random door arrangement on the side, in reality the door is in the middle of the chimney and would open through the fireplace in the rovers.
There is buildings behind Prima Donner at the moment, but it looks like they're gone in these pictures, also, there's a big pair of gates in the current street outside Nuttals, but they seem to be missing in the plans (most other small details have been modeled)- I also noticed the window in the side of the Medical Center there, which is weird
On the plans that road is a service road which runs around the outside of the set and out at the back of the garage.
Its Canel Street YES they gay Street also Audrey's Street and Betty's House it is a movie set at the end of the day like most of the off screen Housing sets are there and yea they replicated Canel street for Audrey and her Man Up and coming story line
