It was a short but sweet visit from Jim McDonald on Corrie this week, and one in which most of his Corrie catchphrases came out. We had a "so it is", and a "catch yerself on". He called his ex-wife by her Sunday name of Elizabeth and then said those two magic words this fan was hoping to hear: "Ulster fry", Jim's breakfast of choice.
But what exactly is an Ulster fry? There's a recipe here.

All that was missing was a "sure I've no intention of going back in the Big House so I've not"
It was as if he was doing an impression of Jim McD. Loved when Steve told him to hit Lloyd! lol
