Daniel Brocklebank and Antony Cotton, who play Billy the Vicar and Sean Tully on Coronation Street, were interviewed on ITV's This Morning, this morning.
The pair were there to talk about Billy and Sean's upcoming storyline in which they'll face a homophobic pub landlord who denies them an overnight room because of his homophobia. Sean will kick off big style, which will be good to see.
Daniel also recounted a homophobic incident in his own life that mirrors the one that we'll see on screen.
They talked about the future for Billy and Sean, saying that fans seem to like them together - but they revealed nothing regarding any future for their two characters, other than that the actors were having lots of fun and got on well together.
You can watch their interview here.

I love Billy the Vicar and Sean together. I hope the PTB don't split them up. Sean has paid his dues on this show and deserves a lasting relationship. He can't always play the gay best friend who is quick with the barbs and unlucky in love.
I'd love to see them really be a couple and for some soapy reason Sean get custody of his son Dylan and become a family. For all of Corrie's attempts to include gay characters, can't they for once just allow them to become a normal family instead of all the cheating (Marcus) and back stabbing(Todd) or flightiness (Sophie)?
I too love them together! I hope Billy gets to stay a very long time.
I can only echo what Zagg and Flo said! And yes to having them bring Dylan to the Street again. Eileen could have her "spare room" back and they can move into Carla"s building of flats, forget what it's called.
I agree 100% with what Zagg posted! Sean deserves someone (finally) who's got his head on straight (uh, pun not intended), and Billy seems to be just the right fit.
It would be awesome if Sean got custody of Dylan and have the family I'm sure he's wishing for.
Sean's one of my favorite characters, and I'm tired of seeing him always on the fringes of the story.
