A whopping 1,672 votes were cast and the results came in as follows in order of number of votes:
Anne Foster was the "other" who fans voted for most with 21.17% (354 votes)
Peter Barlow 17.28% (289 votes)

Too bad. Oh well..there's another good bad guy done in in the faktry.
I hadn't actually considered Anne Foster but it would make for an interesting twist; rage from betrayal is one of the number one motivators for murder. It'd be perfect if she snapped after finding out just how bad her son really is and how humiliated she is for standing by him.
Great, more over acting from Sean + Julie when they see the body. Sigh.
It could be Anne, but I think the motive would have to be a bit more than just the revelation that he did rape Carla. She probably already suspects that. Seeing as how he's now starting to treat Silly Sally like dirt, maybe he's going to start cutting Anne off from the business, generally making her think she's useless. He's good at the slow burn of a true villain.
Yet another dead body in t'faktray, that place reallly is cursed. The murder(ess) is going to be that buyer Miss Zingy Colours who bad mouths Frank just a bit too much, his secret luvver. You mark wise old Frosty's words.
I'm with you Frosty, I've been thinking about that over the weekend.
I'm not going to rule out Kirk or Maria. Had been noticing Kirk seemed to be in on all the court proceedings and convo's surrounding whole thing. As was Maria (I like Maria when she's angry). Kirk works in faktry too and may come to someone's rescue / defence or just snap. Plus he hasn't really had that much of a good storyline since they kidnapped the drug dealer. What else is Kirkeh capable of hmmm?
I too think the murderer will be the
new business woman Jenny Sumner.
In fact I'm convinced it will be, as that will be a twist in the story line that us viewers didn't expect.
We haven't heard of any of the regular actors leaving the show, after been accused of the murder, so Corrie has been clever in bringing in a new actress to do the dirty deed!
Can't wait to see if my theory is right! :-)

There was I thinking it was Jenny since she saw how he treated his business partner, mother, lover etc and probably thought that he's do the same thing to her. I figured she would kill him and take what she can from him since i think he was thinking with the wrong head and signed some financial agreement with her.....

I was thinking it was his mum, but alot of people seem to be erring toward this theory so I've changed my mind. In usual soap opera style its most likely gonna be someone completely random and unthinkable. My theory is Sally went to the factory to confront Frank like she told the police but was afraid to go alone, (remember her reaction to his subtle threats when she caught him with Jenny) so she took Sophie with her for some support, wd she have been brave enough to go alone after what he had previously said? Frank was possibly angry from Carla's visit and attempted to attack Sally without seeing Sophie and she jumped to her mothers defence with the whisky bottle and disappeared b4 sean etc got there. We havent seen anything of Sophie since and there is no chance Sally wd grass on her own daughter! Just a random theory?? Or could it be Norris? Infuriated with Peter Barlow for gatecrashing his birthday bash so by way of revenge bashes Frank with whicsky bottle to frame Peter for murder, lol, it is soap land u never know!!
I think it was Leanne she obviously wanted to frame Carla and she had saw frank that day or a day earlier. That's why Peter confessed and Leanne didn't want Peter to come out of prison in case she got charged herself. Simples. ;)
